VINIFICATION
The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. The resulting must is separated from the skins in pneumatic presses and subjected to static decantation for 24 hours, duly protected from oxidation, until it reaches the desired degree of clarity. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature of approximately 16ºC.
TEST RESULTS
Gazela has a very light color, with a slight release of gas that enhances the aromas, flavors and freshness of the wine. Aromatic and captivating, Gazela combines citrus and tropical fruit notes with a lively and stimulating acidity. The result is an elegant, versatile and very attractive wine.
