The grapes are chosen and selected, destemmed and crushed upon arrival at the winery. This is followed by a cold pre-fermentation maceration (10 to 12ºC) for about 3 days. Red color with violet tones. Intense aroma dominated by fresh red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry, where the aromas from its stage in barrel are also present. It has very smooth and mature tannins, well involved in its body and volume. This set results in a wine whose finish is dominated by its freshness, smoothness and elegance.
