Service Temperature: 8-10º
Vinification: Vinification in stainless steel vats with agitators and controlled temperature, followed by batonnage stage on the lees. Second fermentation by charmat method with total temperature control.
Tasting Notes: What this sparkling wine has, is Baga's added value in this type of wine, it has a round body, achieves good volume in the mouth, has a polished set, without corners and without excesses. His method, his bubble, ends up giving him a lot of life. Its neutrality brings freshness, its behavioral matrix follows exactly that line, freshness and energy.
It has a crystalline appearance with a fine and persistent bubble, pale yellow in color. It has a fruity aroma with hints of white pulp fruit. The taste is fresh, aromatic, smooth and with a final persistence.
