DISTILLATION

The elaborate production process - careful handwork, exquisite agaves from the state of Jalisco and gentle double distillation in stills - consistently sets the highest standards. After distillation, Sierra Tequila Reposado rests in Bourbon barrels for up to nine months, giving it its beautiful golden color and complex aroma. Reposado is the most popular quality of Tequila in Mexico.
