CASTES
Tempranillo and Graciano (Miuda Tinta).
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
16º-18ºC.
VINIFICATION
22 months in American barrel.
TEST RESULTS
Cherry color very covered, intense and almost without signs of evolution. On the nose it is very expressive. with notes of licorice, cinnamon and black pepper, where the long aging in wood is almost imperceptible, thanks to its great complexity and concentration of ripe fruit. In the mouth it is fresh, with very pleasant polished tannins, with good structure, easy to drink. The end of the mouth is long and leaves some light balsamic touches of excellent quality.
