Tempranillo monovariety that, harvest after harvest, receives praise from fans and specialists. The grapes are harvested in vineyards located in Pago La Encina at 850 meters above sea level, in the golden triangle of Ribera del Duero.

VINIFICATION
Selection of grapes and controlled fermentation at 28ºC. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Aged for 15 months in barrel.
TEST RESULTS
Purple color, clean, bright and high layer. Intense aroma of fresh fruit (blackberries and blueberries), with a hint of toast. In the mouth it is tasty, powerful and fleshy, with pleasant tannins and good acidity.
