Mixture of several Douro white grape varieties, the main ones being Gouveio, Viosinho and Rabigato.
Partial fermentation in stainless steel vats, finishing in old oak casks. Internship in the same casks for 18 months.
The bright yellow hue immediately captures our attention! We are then presented with an aromatic complexity where we find a mix of floral, dominated by white flowers, and ripe fruity yellow pulp and dehydrated fruit. In the mouth, the notes of toasted wood take us to another dimension, warmer and more complex, always accompanied by a beautiful acidity and enveloping volume. In the end, we are left with an intoxicating freshness! Long and with certainty of a beautiful future with the evolution in bottle.
