Douro Crasto White Wine is made from a selection of the best grapes, presenting a modern style, with great freshness and aromatic expression.

40% Viosinho, 30% Gouveio and 30% Rabigato.

VINIFICATION
The grapes, from previously selected plots, were transported in 22 kg food plastic boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. They were subsequently destemmed and pressed. The pressed must was transferred to a stainless steel vat where it was kept at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until it was decanted. Afterwards, alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures of 14º C for a period of 30 days.
TEST RESULTS
Pale lemon colored wine, with excellent aromatic expression where fresh aromas of citrus fruits stand out, in harmony with elegant notes of orange blossom. A captivating wine of excellent volume and elegant texture where vibrant notes of minerality stand out. Finishes enveloping, very fresh and with good persistence.
