VINIFICATION

Harvest into 20 kg boxes, Reception with destemming and without crushing. Stretching was carried out in a press using the foot treading technique with 50% of the stalk. Wine-pressing.

TEST RESULTS

A balanced and fresh Vintage with excellent structure, intense, expressive and very pure fruit. The year offers tannins that are among the most refined ever. Fresh and balanced with an excellent structure. Intense fruity aroma. Expressive and pure. Very refined tannins.
