VINIFICATION
The “integrated vinification” technique, in which the grapes carry out all the fermentation, alcoholic, malolactic and aging, in 225 liter French oak barrels.
TEST RESULTS
Very deep wine, clean, bright, beautiful ruby color with garnet evolution. On the nose, very intense, spicy (clove, cinnamon), hints of dark chocolate. Reminiscent of jams, red fruits. Presence of toast. Very pleasant on the palate, tasty, good acidity, homogeneous, soft. Very long finish. Gourmand and complex. Memories of fruit and light touches of barrel remain. Cocoa Tips.
