Fermentation in granite vats with intense foot treading and without destemming. The fermentation of this wine lasts between 4 to 5 days, producing an excellent extract.
Very intense dark garnet color with a bright violet rim. On the nose it reveals great complexity that boasts a harmonious combination of distinct notes of very ripe red fruit, with a floral perfume of violet and rock rose and a fresh and minty touch. In the mouth it is intense, fresh, rich in ripe fruit, where cherry and raspberry predominate, as well as notes of pepper, dark and bitter chocolate. The tannins, well framed, form a harmonious and elegant set. The finish is long, tasty and quite persistent.
