SERVICE TEMPERATURE

13º - 14ºC.

VINIFICATION

Manual harvest and then transported in pallets (max 150Kg). Maceration at approx. from 28-30°C. Aging in old wooden casks until bottling.

TEST RESULTS

Tawny in color, this Port has a great fragrance aroma, with hints of plum and orange, but walnuts and almonds also appear to give greater complexity. It starts elegant in the mouth, fresh, going on to a fantastic complexity build-up. Ends long and brutal.
