Pittacum transports us to its place of origin: the 40 hectares of ancient Mencía vineyards distributed in a mosaic of 200 plots arranged on the slopes of the mountains in the heart of El Bierzo. This young red awakens pleasant sensations of fresh red fruits and soft spices and seduces with its pleasant juiciness.

VINIFICATION
Fermentation takes place at 25ºC and lasts approximately 15 days. The wine remains in storage for a month before starting its aging in barrels. Aged for 8 months in 220 liter French oak barrels. During this period, not a single racking takes place.
TEST RESULTS
Intense cherry color with a violet edge. On the nose, elegant and fresh. Aromas of red fruits, spices, India ink and licorice predominate. In the mouth, fluid, juicy and with a long finish.
