Originating from the Limari Valley, "El Gobernador" brings the spirit of adventure to the north of Chile, with 40° reserved pisco, from the Moscatel Rosada and Muscat de Alexandria varieties, elaborated under a process focused only on a distillation that better preserves the terpene aromas of your grapes.
It is from the Moscatel variety, planted in the Limarí Valley, that this variety is harvested for the production of this Pisco Reservado.
TEST RESULTS
Colorless, shiny pisco with silver chips. Exuberant floral aroma with notes of rose and jasmine, as well as candied citrus skins. In the mouth it is greedy, round, even creamy with a long and persistent finish.
