Being a young cachaça, 51 is colorless and clear. On the nose, the first impression is a mixture of sugar and empirical touches, then we distinguish interesting notes of citrus and lemongrass. After an acute attack, the mouth is surprisingly sweet, with a hint of lemon, apple and fresh mint. The finish is persistent and sweet.
