This wine is a blend of quality wines aged for five to six years to obtain a smooth, creamy and toasty character. Aging and blending bring elegance and finesse.
CASTES
Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Tinta Barroca predominate among the traditional varieties of the Douro Demarcated Region.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
10º - 14ºC.
VINIFICATION
Noval Tawny Reserva is vinified in stainless steel vats with pumpovers and a temperature of 26°/28°C. Blend of wines with an average age of 5 to 6 years, aged in barrels.
TEST RESULTS
Reddish tawny color. Complex nose with young Tawny profile. Round, opulent and well-structured wine in the mouth with elegance and a long finish.
