6º - 8ºC.

VINIFICATION

From stalks extraction, followed by peculiar maceration and pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled low temperature. Aging for a minimum of 9 months.

TEST RESULTS

This sparkling wine has a well defined and lively color and mousse persistens. It has citrus and green apple aromas. In the mouth it shows a good balance and very pleasant fruit. The finish is long and very fresh.
