CASTES

40% Berry, 30% Touriga-Nacional and 30% Tinta-Roriz.

VINIFICATION

Total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 22ºC. Interruption of fermentation by adding wine brandy. Permanent aging in stainless steel tanks, followed by partial bottling in order to delay its evolution.

TEST RESULTS

Concentrated ruby color with violet tones. Intense and complex aroma is predominant in red fruits, where overripe cherry, red fruit jelly and very ripe forest fruits stand out. Intense and complex flavor, it has an extraordinary mouth volume. Alive, fresh and smooth, it has a persistent finish.
