Vinification: After manual harvest, fermentation in stainless steel vats, at low temperature, after static decantation. Aging in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 8º C until bottling.
Tasting Notes: Citrine colour. Delicate aroma with fruity freshness and energy. In the mouth it reveals a lot of fruit expression with a very pleasant and round profile.
