Originating in southern Italy, where it is normally enjoyed as a digestif, Limoncello has a very pleasant, greenish-yellow colour, crisp and pleasant citrus aroma. Kinda sweet. It is made by macerating lemon and adding alcohol and water.
Liquor obtained following the old recipe of fresh lemon peels in pure alcohol and sugar that enhances its solar fragrance. It is good with the addition of soda water, during the day or at the end served cold with ice.
