Tasting Notes: As a Blanc de Blancs it is 100% Chardonnay, but the nose offers a cleaner, lighter and fresher style to Champagne. Nice yeast and biscuit notes, but very restrained. The fruit has more defined apple flavors, very clean with acidity levels that drag the fruit. The sign of true quality with Champagne is the mousse or bubbles. Smooth and elegant, pure class! Shiny, straw gold. Very lively with good lingering mousse. The Champagne develops notes of dried flowers, cherry griotte and butter brioche aromas. Fresh and light in the mouth with an explosion of mouth-watering white fruits with citrus notes.

Hints of delicately fresh citrus, star anise, iodine and lemon core on the nose. Turbilhão reveals fruity notes of pear, white peach, fresh grape, grapefruit and rhubarb. The entry point on the palate is clean and fresh with smooth, creamy effervescence. The palate is meaty and crunchy with minerality that is both limestone and gritty and conveys honesty, salinity and length. The finish is infused with lemon and adds wonderfully concentrated, meaty and deliciously saltiness.

The color is light straw and the bouquet is fresh, crispy and complex, with a hint of toasted citrus, lemon and meringue, a flavor of nuts, nougat and aromas. The palate is tight and refined, intense and very long. The wine lineup is quite excellent and the overall style and balance is superb. The finish is very dry, assisted by a slight phenolic adhesion, all in harmony. A superb blanc de blancs.
