VINIFICATION
The grapes are largely harvested by machine, although some of the components are picked by hand. Submitted to pressing to obtain the wort. The juice is extracted at low pressure over a period of 4 hours. These juices were clarified by cold solution for 2-3 days before going to the shelf to ferment.
TEST RESULTS
It shows a beautiful yellow color. Complex and fragrant nose that suggests honeysuckle, jasmine, green tea and citrus fruits like lemon with a minerality. It has an intense and concentrated palate, with balanced acidity and aromas of citrus, tangerine and stone fruits with hints of ginger and pepper. The finish is delicate, with additional mineral notes. Overall, a very well structured wine.
