Sparkling wine produced in the Italian region of Asti (DOCG - Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin).

SERVICE TEMPERATURE
6º-8ºC.
VINIFICATION
Pressing the grapes and separating the must from the skins within 48 hours. Second fermentation at controlled temperature at 18-19°C (natural fermentation in sealed tanks, which leads to the formation of carbon dioxide, enhancing the aromatic and fruity notes. Fermentation is stopped at 7%, keeping natural residual sugars typically around of 90 g/l.
TEST RESULTS
Straw yellow color, with a delicate and persistent bubble and a fresh aroma with intense aromatic notes. In the mouth it is harmonious and sweet, full and velvety with a delicious finish.
