VINIFICATION
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are kept at a low temperature for 48 hours. After gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation follows, 50% in French oak barrels, 50% in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperature, between 14 and 16ºC.
TEST RESULTS
Golden yellow color. Intense aroma dominated by exotic fruits such as grapefruit and white fruits such as peach. It has an easily perceptible acidity, involved in the volume and body of the wine. These taste sensations, together with the retronasal aroma, give it a unique personality and a high final persistence.
