VINIFICATION
Produced quietly for 54 months. 12 months sur lessons in oak barrels, without traffic. Then six months on fine lees, at room temperature in a process known as “mise retardée”. Ends with 36 months of aging in the bottle.
TEST RESULTS
Complex and with notes of spices, perfectly translating the profile of this great variety. In the century XVII winemakers learned to produce excellent white wines from the Pinot Noir variety. The new cuvée of Domain HG Hommage au PN extols this famous Champagne variety.
