SERVICE SUGGESTION

It is ready to consume and does not gain if kept for a long time. Serve between 12ºC-16ºC. Once opened, it keeps good tasting notes for 2-3 months.

VINIFICATION

The hand-picked grapes were vinified according to the traditional Port Wine method. The controlled fermentation of the musts took place in stainless steel vats, being stopped by the addition of wine brandy. The wines were very elegant and with great aging potential.

TEST RESULTS

Accentuated brick color, with reddish nuances. The aroma is characterized by a balance between the quality of the original grapes and wine (remembered by the floral and ripe fruit aromas) and its aging by oxidation in wood (which gives rise to aromas of spices and dried fruits). In the mouth, Ferreira's classic and fresh style is evident, achieving a balance between the different sensations in the body of the wine and the final persistence in the mouth.
