VINIFICATION
Manual harvest, total destemming followed by gentle pressing in a pneumatic press. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Aging on fine lees until January 2021.
TEST RESULTS
Very vivid citrine color. Sweet tropical aromas and aromas of yellow flowers stand out. In the mouth it is soft, with a lively acidity and a very balanced finish.
