VINIFICATION
Fermentation in stainless steel vats in order to preserve the freshness and character of the vineyard that gave rise to it, located at 580 meters above sea level in Quinta do Confradeiro.
TEST RESULTS
A beautiful white to harmonize with fish, shellfish and sushi. Excellent acidity and freshness in the mouth, with citrus notes, you can choose to age it, but it will lose all its freshness.
