Irregular, dispersed and variable are the fragments of our granitic soils. To them we add the remaining fragments that bring to a wine an unshakable harmony and unquestionable identity: the altitude, the personality of each of the grape varieties mixed and planted more than a century ago, and the knowledge of our people!

Choice and selection in the vineyard Lot of wines from several years (2 barrels from 2015, one barrel from 2016, 2017 and 2018)

The grapes, after being picked manually in the Vale dos Mil vineyard, were destemmed, crushed and subsequently macerated for 48 hours. They went to French oak barrels where they fermented and aged for an average period of 4 years.
