VINIFICATION
Manual harvest. Transport in small boxes to avoid crushing. Manual choice of curls. Gentle pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Aged on fine lees until mid-February 2020. Light filtration before bottling.
TEST RESULTS
Citrine color with light straw reflections. Very fine and elegant aroma, highlighting the delicate floral notes. In the background and transmitting complexity to the whole, we are surprised by its fruity side with citrus fruits and tropical fruits. Creamy attack that later develops into an explosion of flowers and fruits always accompanied by crystalline acidity.
