Sangre de Toro is a red wine from DO.O Catalunya produced by Torres, probably the most famous Spanish winery on the international stage.
The name Sangre de Toro (blood of the bull) must be a tribute to Bacchus, a Roman god of wine known also as 'The son of the bull'.
Following traditional harvesting and production methods, Sangre de Toro ages for 6 months in American oak barrels.
