Varieties: 50% Touriga Nacional, 25% Alfrocheiro and 25% Aragonez.
Vinification: Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and smooth pellicular maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26°C.
Maturation: 9 months in French oak barrels and 2 months in bottle.
