VINIFICATION
Although made using the centuries-old method of treading in granite mills, this red wine with an extended aging period was intended to enhance the full potential of red grapes from this region, in obtaining wines with more age.
TEST RESULTS
It appears clean and vinous on the nose with hints of vanilla and light wood. In the mouth it is balanced, with present but soft tannins giving a smooth and persistent finish.
