CASTES

100% Syrah.

VINIFICATION

Grapes harvested manually, with double sorting in the vineyard and in the cellar, 100% destemmed and lightly crushed, fermented in thermocontrolled stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aging in new French oak wood for 17 months before bottling.

TEST RESULTS

Dark ruby color with exuberant aromas of wild black fruits, with spices, pepper, tobacco, chocolate. In the mouth it reveals a wine with enormous structure, soft tannins, of great elegance. Long finish in the mouth.
