Tasting Notes: With a bright and intense red color, its aroma is enveloping and characteristic, with an emphasis on cassis and fruits of the forest.
In the mouth it is structured and balanced, confirming the notes of forest fruits and vegetables, an elegant complex and with present tannins promising good bottle potential.

Vinification: The grapes were vinified with a short cold maceration.
They fermented at a controlled temperature of 26ºC, for 8 days, with a daily regime of “deléstage” and manual pumping over.
Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats.
The wine aged in barrels (50% new) for 12 months, followed by a prolonged period in the bottle.
