Service Temperature: 8-10º
Vinification: Manual harvest. Transport the grapes in small boxes to avoid crushing. Manual selection of bunches. Total destemming followed by gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aging on fine lees until January 2019. AT THE TABLE Enjoy at a temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC. Ideal to accompany grilled fish and seafood. Fresh and jovial in character, this wine goes well with varied hors d'oeuvre or can be drunk alone, but only in terms of food. It is always better to enjoy it in the company of family or good friends.
Tasting Notes: Citrine colour. Exuberant aroma. Citrus (tangerine) and tropical (passion fruit) aromas stand out. Dry palate. Crunchy acidity. Medium body. Ends with a lingering finish. Consistent wine.
