VINIFICATION

Coming from the best plots of this estate, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must, after a static decantation, fermented in French oak barrels where it aged for 8 months.

TEST RESULTS

This Reserve edition has a citrus yellow color with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with notes of wood well integrated and combined with the minerality of the wine. Good mouth volume (creamy), with a crunchy acidity and a fresh and long finish.
