VINIFICATION
Vinification is carried out with foot treading in wine presses with 1 day of pre-fermentation and 3 to 4 days of fermentation.
TEST RESULTS
Deep ruby color, with aromas of ripe red fruits combined with hints of chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is balanced but intense and with firm tannins, slightly mineral with red and black cherries, raspberry and slightly spicy. Very mild and pleasant taste.
