VINIFICATION
The grapes are trodden by foot in the presses to obtain the must, and then macerated during fermentation to obtain the best possible extraction. It is aged for 18 months in wooden barrels of various capacities.
TEST RESULTS
Beautiful deep purple color, seductive aromas of wild Douro flowers and pure fruit make this fine and delicate Vintage 2013 a typical example of Quinta do Noval expression.
