VINIFICATION
The grapes are trodden by foot in the presses to obtain the must, and then macerated during fermentation to obtain the best possible extraction. The wine ages for 18 months in oak casks, in the Quinta's acclimatized warehouses in the Douro demarcated region, before being bottled.
