DISTILLATION

Distillation of wines from the Bairrada region, specifically fermented for distillation and later ageing. Maturation for 20 years in 225 L Limousin oak barrels.

TEST RESULTS

Defined amber color with greenish reflections. Sui generis fruity aroma, predominant in notes of roasted grains, dry vegetable, vanilla, dried black plum and raisin. Fruity, soft and complex flavor.
