Lagoalva Sauvignon Blanc is a wine whose grapes are mechanically harvested at the end of August and September, during the night, to preserve the aromas.

VINIFICATION
Mechanically harvested at the end of August and September, overnight, to preserve the aromas, the grapes were immediately processed in our winery. After 48 hours of decantation, the clarified must fermented in stainless steel vats at 16ºC.
TEST RESULTS
With a citrine yellow color, this white wine has vegetal notes and tropical fruit on the nose; in the mouth it has good acidity, it is fresh and balanced.
