VINIFICATION
Maceration with the skins for 15 days followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. After the malolactic fermentation, 70% of the wine is matured in American oak barrels for 14 months and the rest in tanks.
TEST RESULTS
Deep ruby red color. Complex aromas of red fruits with a touch of herbs, spices and vanilla notes. Good body, smooth, with notes of dried fruit and coconut nuances.
