Cabernet Sauvignon
VINIFICATION
Finca Flichman Cabernet Sauvignon ferments in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of max 28 ºC for 9 days. After malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 3 months in oak barrels and aged in bottle for 3 months.
TEST RESULTS
It is a young and appetizing Cabernet, with notes of red pepper and blueberry on the palate. It has a good body, being perfect for the most assiduous connoisseurs.
