VINIFICATION
The grapes were vinified after destemming, followed by gentle crushing and maceration for about 12 hours. After this period, the inert atmosphere became pressed in a pneumatic press, followed by a must clarification period of 24 to 48 hours, depending on the grape variety and maturation status. Fermentation took place for several months at temperatures between 12 and 16. The wines aged in steel on fine lees until bottling.
TEST RESULTS
Citrus fruit, freshness and minerality are the main characteristics of this wine. In the mouth it shows a surprising acidity followed by a remarkable volume with persistence.
