Wine of great freshness and minerality combined with an enormous capacity for positive development in the bottle.
10º - 12ºC.
Manual harvest in 20 Kg boxes. Manual selection on carpet of choice. After destemming and crushing, the masses are sent to a pneumatic press where the must is separated from the skins, and then subjected to static decantation at low temperature for 48 hours for clarification, fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, aged for about 12 months in French oak barrels, partly new and partly used.
It presents a mineral and complex aroma where notes of dried fruits and citrus notes stand out with slight hints of well-integrated barrel. In the mouth it is voluminous and fresh with a lively acidity in a long and persistent finish. It is a very gastronomic wine with great aging potential.
