PRODUCTION
Bushmills Single Malt 21 Year Old is aged for a minimum of 19 years in old sherry and bourbon barrels. It is then transferred to Madeira Wine barrels for another 2 years.
TEST RESULTS
It has enormous depth, which interweaves flavors of dried fruits and a spicy touch, resulting in a malt aroma with subtle notes of raisins and nuts. Full-bodied and sweet aroma. Mild spice notes and orange zest. Luxurious, silky flavor with an elegant sweet and dry balance. Intense finish. With notes of licorice and oak.
