VINIFICATION
Produced exclusively with the best grapes on the estate. The harvest takes place at night to guarantee the freshness of the grapes and the maintenance of their aromatic properties. Upon arrival at the winemaking center, they are subjected to gentle pressing at low pressure. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, followed by aging in stainless steel vats, during which the lees are kept in suspension, allowing the maximum of aromas to be extracted from the variety. Internship in stainless steel vats.
TEST RESULTS
Complex and elegant wine, with body and texture, and a good balance between floral and citric notes. Elderberry flower, passion fruit and citrus fruits.
