VINIFICATION
Fermentation took place at 14ºC, in stainless steel tanks, followed by a 6-month aging period in French oak barrels.
TEST RESULTS
Citrine colored wine, with aromas of white pulp fruits and some notes of fresh vegetables (mint). In the mouth, it reveals an intense freshness characteristic of the region, with the acidity well matched to the volume of the wine, ending with good persistence.
