Varieties: Arinto, Fernão Pires, Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaking: Separate harvest of each variety, destemming and soft pressing. The clarified must ferments in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature depending on the aromatic origin of each variety. After the final batch, the wine is stabilized and filtered before bottling.
